Solarised photographs

These are two images that I used the solarise effect on to give them a dark contrasty gritty appearance. I enjoyed using this technique and would consider using this technique in the future. The top image is of a photograph I captured of a BMX stunt rider at a skate park in south bank. The second is a documentary photograph of a young child soldier.
